JC Inspection and Valve Service is a leading provider of valve services in the Grande Prairie area. We're seeking reliable and hardworking Field Valve Service & Torque Technicians to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Perform valve services, including tear down and assembly of various valve styles. Greasing, troubleshooting, pressure testing, and inline repairs on wellhead and pipeline valves, frac valves, safety valves, and rig manifold systems. Operate hydraulic torque wrenches and other equipment safely and efficiently. Achieve precise tightening of critical connections with our advanced torquing services. Conduct regular valve maintenance and inspections in the field. Provide field service support as needed. Troubleshoot valve issues and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Operate and maintain Pressure Control equipment (hydro pumps). Maintain clear and effective communication with team members. Perform general shop duties as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in valve service, maintenance, or torquing. Experience operating hydraulic torque wrenches is highly preferred. Understanding of valve systems (manual, pneumatic, hydraulic) is an asset. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team setting. Valid driver's license. Safety tickets: H2S, First Aid, CSO an asset. Ability to work overtime if required. Ability to work away from home for extended periods at a time.
