Job Description

We are looking for a full time dental receptionist to join our team at Vernon Family Dental. The right applicant would be someone with a great personality and a flair for customer service, organization and working with our team. Dental experience required. Responsibilities



Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently Maintain electronic dental records in our software and ensure accurate patient information is up to date. Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Send insurance preauthorizations complex treatment planning Collaborate with dental staff to streamline office operations and enhance patient experience.

Qualifications



Previous experience in a dental office setting (required) Proficiency with dental charting software and insurance Strong customer service skills and front desk experience Familiarity with dental terminology and multi-line phone systems Administrative experience and ability to manage office tasks efficiently Knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
