KINTON RAMEN - Experienced Cook

Location: MONTREAL, QC

Positions: Full-time

SALARY: Starting from $18 + Tips (if applicable)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintain kitchen areas with special attention to sanitation
- Utilize various kitchen skills and cooking methods to meet brand standards
- Evaluate quality of food product, prep items and final menu items being served to guests
- Maintain inventory, stock levels, supplies, and equipment
- Order supplies and equipment
- Supervise kitchen helpers and train new kitchen staff
- Comply and action all health, food safety and hygiene standards and policies
- Other duties may be assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience

- Minimum of 1 year of restaurant kitchen/culinary experience required (Training to be provided)

certifications required

- Japanese culinary experience is an asset

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong communication skills in English; Japanese and French are considered an asset

Hours of Work

- Full time position- must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours.
- Ability to work flexible shifts- mornings, days, evenings, weekends, holidays
- The applicant must be eligible to work in Canada, We DO NOT currently sponsor work permit & Visa.
