What You'll Do
Assist the dentist chairside with a variety of dental procedures.
Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and treatment rooms (IPAC compliance).
Take digital X-rays, impressions, and maintain accurate patient records.
Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients before, during, and after treatment.
Support front office tasks when needed (scheduling, patient check-in/out, charting).
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on patient care and practice growth.
What We're Looking For
Certified Dental Assistant (Level I or II).
Strong knowledge of infection prevention and sterilization protocols.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Compassionate, reliable, and committed to patient comfort.
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative dental team.
