We're looking to add an adaptable crew leader to our team to provide both supervision and direction to the crew on a variety of building sites! If you enjoy variety in your work, a wide range of projects + learning new things please apply.
Full-time, Part-time, and/or Contracting positions Available.
Including but not limited too: Timber Framing, Standard Framing, Concrete (flatwork & foundations), Custom homebuilding, Shops - start to finish, Installing windows & doors, Pole Building, Installing metal cladding & roofing etc, even occasional Ranch work!
Requirements: Ability to problem solve & multi task, Adaptable, Understand & Implement Construction Drawings, Adept in Math (Ability to calculate materials required), Solid work ethic, High standard of Workmanship, Must enjoy variety in your work, Attentive to detail, Honest + Hardworking, Experience operating equipment such as a bobcat &/or telehandler.
Experience: Minimum 5 years construction experience. Carpentry Apprenticeship considered an asset but not required.
Majority of Evenings & Weekends off. All work located within 40 min of Pincher Creek.
