Experienced Caregiver – On Call (elderly Support)

Job Description
We're looking for
experienced and reliable Caregivers
to join ouron-call roster
. This position is ideal for caregivers who are flexible, adaptable, and ready to step in as needed to support our seniors and elderly clients.Your Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, hands-on care including personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal prep) Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation Offer companionship and emotional support Monitor health changes and support medication reminders Deliver dementia and palliative care with sensitivity and respect Perform light housekeeping to ensure a safe and comfortable environment
Qualifications
Proven caregiving experience required
(home support, facility care, or similar) Must be available on-call (roster-based scheduling, including short-notice shifts) ValidFirst Aid/CPR
certification andCriminal Record Check
(or willingness to obtain) Compassion, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills Ability to adapt quickly to different clients and care plans A vehicle and valid driver's license are an assetPlease Note
This is an
on-call position
and part of ourcaregiver roster
. Hours may vary weekly depending on client needs. We are currently unable to provide sponsorship.Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.75-$24.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
Work Location: In person
