Position: On-Call Personal Support Worker (PSW)

We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced PSWs to join our team and support a client facility in

Scarborough, ON

.

We are looking for individuals with

open availability

across days, evenings, and nights. Applicants will be asked to share their availability for the next 4 weeks.

Position requirement:

Minimum

9 months of full-time experience

in a Long-Term Care facility (clinical placements not considered)*
Valid and recognized PSW Certificate (e.g., NACC) Current

Vulnerable Sector Check

(within 6 months)

2-step TB test

(within 6 months) and/or chest X-ray (within 12 months)

Immunization records

(MMR, Varicella, tDap; Hepatitis B is an asset) Proof of

COVID-19 vaccination

(QR code with at least 3 doses) Valid

N95 mask fit

and

CPR certification

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Have you completed at least 9 months of work experience in a Long-Term Care facility within the past 12-24 months? Please note that clinical placements do not count toward this requirement. Do you have a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) completed within the last 6 months? Please note, this would be requested before an interview. Do you have a 2-Step TB completed within the last 6 months or a Chest Xray completed within the last 12 months? Please note, this would be requested before an interview.
