Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Car Hauler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting vehicles safely and efficiently from one location to another. This role requires a strong understanding of vehicle handling, commercial driving, and heavy equipment operation. The Car Hauler will play a crucial role in ensuring that our fleet is delivered on time and in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

Safely load and unload vehicles onto transport trailers using appropriate techniques and equipment. Operate commercial vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations. Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle and trailer to ensure safe operation. Maintain accurate records of vehicle transport, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery times. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding transport schedules and any issues that arise during transit. Perform basic automotive repairs as needed to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition for transport. Utilize forklifts and other heavy equipment as necessary for loading and unloading tasks.

Requirements

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Experience in freight transportation or car hauling required Proficient in heavy equipment operation, including forklifts. Basic knowledge of automotive repair is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, dispatchers, and other team members effectively. Pay: $40,112.46-$196,196.04 per year
