True Lifestile Design is a custom millwork and cabinet shop providing high-quality interior millwork to homes and businesses across Saskatchewan. We are growing and looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team. We value honesty, reliability, craftsmanship, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Construct and assemble cabinets using hand and power tools with precision Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics Create accurate cut lists from drawings Build high-quality custom cabinetry based on unique client specifications Perform woodworking tasks including cutting, shaping, sanding, and finishing Collaborate with team members to meet project requirements, timelines, and quality standards Interact professionally with customers, contractors, and suppliers to clarify details or resolve concerns Support customer satisfaction by assisting with adjustments or refinements as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Continuously improve skills and techniques in millwork and cabinetry

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of cabinetry or millwork shop experience Skilled with table saws, jointers, planers, hand tools, and other woodworking machinery Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and cut lists Ability to visualize project requirements from drawings Strong communication and customer service skills Good problem-solving abilities and able to work independently Reliable, motivated, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
