We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, strong communication skills and a true passion for hospitality.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving and guiding guests through a modern yet comfortable dining experience, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and ingredients, restocking as needed to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary, ensuring timely delivery of orders. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or restaurant service is required. Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
