Job Description
We are looking for talented, hardworking BARTENDERS. Who says perfection doesn't exist? The bar is your stage and your audience awaits!Weekend availability required!DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare beverages, accurately to recipe specs, and mix and match ingredients in innovative ways
- Answer questions about food, beverages, wine and other restaurant functions and services; explain/romance the menu concept and style when necessary
- Be responsive and helpful with regard to off-menu items such as classic cocktails and expand personal knowledge in this area as much as possible
- Ring in orders accurately, adding modifiers where needed
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- 2+ years minimum experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks; keen desire to expand knowledge and keep on trends
- A positive, energetic outlook with a passion for hospitality
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to carry and lift up to 25-40lb
Part-time hours: 40 per weekSalary: $17.00-$27.00 per hourSchedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- serving: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
