Overview

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Barista/Customer Service Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting customers with their orders, making amazing espresso beverages and other duties as required

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs in a friendly and professional manner. Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems. Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and food preparation. Assist in food service operations, ensuring that all food safety standards are met. Manage cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions. Provide timely assistance to customers, addressing any issues or concerns they may have. Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow during peak hours. Uphold cleanliness and organization in the service area.

Skills

Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the food industry or food service sector. Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures. Strong math skills for accurate transaction processing. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and team members. A willingness to help others and resolve issues promptly. Basic knowledge of food preparation processes is a plus.
