We are seeking a friendly and efficient

Barista

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Duties

Prepare a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and standards Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling Serve food items and handle food preparation tasks in accordance with food safety guidelines Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space throughout shifts Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy hours Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Assist with opening or closing duties as assigned

Requirements

Previous experience as a

Barista

or in the

food service

industry is preferred Familiarity with

POS systems

Strong

customer service

skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to perform

food preparation

tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards Excellent
