Duties

Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable during their visit Assist clients with hair styling services, including consultations and executing styling requests Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment Promote and upsell salon products and services to enhance client experience and increase sales Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, answering questions, and offering personalized recommendations Support team members in maintaining a professional and organized environment

Experience

Previous experience in barbering is essential Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred Knowledge of hair styling techniques or cosmetology training is mandatory Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Ability to maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with health regulations Experience in upselling products or services to enhance client satisfaction is advantageous Familiarity with front desk operations or administrative tasks is preferred but not essential
