Responsibilities

Provide professional haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual client needs. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and work areas to ensure a safe environment. Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations. Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and promote retail sales. Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques. Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of hair styling techniques, tools, and products. Ability to upsell services and retail products confidently. Familiarity with sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor. A valid barbering license or certification as required by local regulations.
