Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Assist clients with hair styling consultations and perform various styling services as needed Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, including tools and stations Upsell retail products to clients based on their needs and preferences Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in/out clients, and handling payments Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations Support team members in daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow Promote a positive salon atmosphere that encourages repeat business and client satisfaction

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred Knowledge of hair styling techniques and sanitation practices is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients Ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining professionalism Experience working at the front desk or managing appointments is desirable A friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently Must be punctual, reliable, and committed to providing outstanding client experiences
