Cole-Munro is a growing family owned and operated business that takes pride in providing ~80% of Ontario's rainbow trout. We process fresh, locally sourced Ontario rainbow trout that are farmed in the pristine waters of Georgian Bay, which are shipped and processed daily here at our plant in St. Thomas. Our team is passionate about providing a safe and nutritious product to the public!

Job Summary

Delivery Driver - 3 days/week (36-42 hours/week) with option for more days

o Make deliveries to the GTA Mon-Fri (Home daily)

o No Cross-border

o Loading and unloading of trucks and ensure loads are properly secured

o Operate forklift

o Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs

o Maintain good driving record

o Exhibits a positive attitude

o Excellent customer service with strong verbal and written communication skills

Duties and Requirements

o Valid AZ Drivers Licence

o Clean Driver Abstract (CVOR)

o Willingness to work long days and flexible shifts

o Recommended 5 years of verifiable experience

o Ability to work independently and make well informed decisions

o Daily inspections of trucks

o Monitor truck condition and communicate with logistics when repairs are required

o Follow safe operating procedures

Compensation

Employees will begin under a 3-month probation period making $27-$29/hour. After 6 months of employment, benefits and RRSP contributions are offered. Annual bonuses are also granted based on performance.
