We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team at Toronto Kia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, providing exceptional service to our customers. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and an eye for detail, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues that may need attention and report findings to management. Utilize various cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively. Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and ensure all tools and supplies are organized. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with the detailing services provided. Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety and cleanliness.

Requirements

Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high-quality standards in vehicle presentation. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must be physically capable of performing tasks that require standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and moving equipment. A valid driver's license is required.
