We are currently seeking a

highly experienced, enthusiastic Agility Trainer

to join our dynamic and passionate team. If you have a deep understanding of dog training in a group class setting, love inspiring both people and their pups, and want to be part of an innovative training community, we'd love to hear from you.

All About Dogs is Toronto's destination for comprehensive canine care. Our state-of-the-art facility features:

Programs from puppy foundations to advanced competition-level agility A strong emphasis on positive reinforcement and consent-based handling Group and private training options

What You'll Do:

Lead group agility classes from foundational to competition levels Develop and adapt lesson plans based on individual dog-handler needs Create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment Foster student progression using clear communication and motivation Collaborate with our training team to innovate and improve programming Support the All About Dogs philosophy and mission in every interaction

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has

5+ years of agility training experience

Can confidently instruct dogs and handlers in a

group class format

Is

energetic, engaging, and approachable

with clients and dogs Embraces

positive reinforcement

and low-pressure, modern training methods Has strong communication skills and thrives in a collaborative team setting Is adaptable, open to feedback, and genuinely passionate about dog training
Bonus Points For:

Experience in other dog sports or behavior work Credentialed education (e.g., CPDT-KA, KPA, IAABC) Experience working in multi-dog facilities or canine enrichment programs
