Position: Experienced Accounts Receivable and Credit Technician
Location: Boucherville
Salary: $60,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience and education
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

- Wellness allowanceResponsibilities:- Coordinate the work of the accounts receivable team
- Process payments
- Manage the accounts receivable email inbox
- Evaluate credit files of new clients, establish credit limits
- Monitor the aging of accounts
- Resolve complex collection cases
- Open client files in the accounting system
- Follow up on client deductions and discounts
- Issue account statements
- Propose ideas to improve accounts receivable management processes
- Be the go-to person for the teamRequirements:- Be bilingual, both spoken and written, to contact clients outside of Quebec
- Proficient in MS Office suite, mainly Excel
- Knowledge of SAP or an ERP system is a strong asset
- At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management, collection, and credit file evaluation
- Accounting studies
- Experience in a manufacturing company and/or in accounts receivable management with large retail chainsInterested in this position?
