Position: Customer Service Coordinator - Ship and Debit
Location: Pickering - 100% onsite
Salary: $46K

Quantum Management Services is looking for a Customer Service/Accounts Ship and Debit Coordinator for one of our long-standing clients. What our client is looking for:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Above average data entry and Excel skills
- Must have basic accounting and understand the difference between debit and credit roles

Responsibilities:

- Review and categorize all Ship and Debit claims received via the general email inbox
- Contact external customers when required to resolve any discrepancies
- Validate and process Ship and Debit claims in SAP
- Prepare reports, analyses, and summaries as required
- Provide telephone backup to receptionist
