You\xe2\x80\x99ll coordinate and support day-of for events, including furniture set up, catering oversight and technology coordination. You\xe2\x80\x99ll manage all common area spaces through spatial walkthroughs tidying & resetting of spaces, replenishment of supplies and daily cleaning of beverage machines. You\xe2\x80\x99ll support team members with requests for workstations, lockers and storage assignments. You will oversee our spaces and escalate issues by submitting and monitoring service requests appropriately to ensure our spaces are living up to desired experience standards. You\xe2\x80\x99ll work closely with the Experience Coordinator (senior to this role) and provide daily lunchtime coverage for them, to ensure the integrity of our spaces and elevate our overall workplace experience. This is a new role within a newly established team, aimed at creating elevated, consistent client and team member experiences across corporate locations. Expect to be part of an evolving new team aimed at delivering differentiated experiences.PP&S is ATB\xe2\x80\x99s real estate and facilities business unit and leads: real estate strategy, workplace optimization & experience, spatial design, construction, project management, leasing & subleasing management, facilities management & maintenance, asset management, facilities operations, occupational health & safety, and physical security. PP&S oversees ATB\xe2\x80\x99s 1.5 million square feet of space and the team is deeply connected to enabling banking through ATB\xe2\x80\x99s client-facing locations and leading the way with corporate workplace transformation, both of which bring ATB\xe2\x80\x99s mandate to life and make it possible for Albertans.AccountabilitiesThis position requires being onsite Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:00pm (including a 1-hour lunch break), with the occasional need to work shifted hours such as 7:30am to 3:45pm. It also requires being able to stand/walk for approximately 80% of the day, and lift and carry up to 20 pounds.Experience Coordinator Accountabilities include (but are not limited to):Experience Curator

  • Conducting daily physical walkthroughs, resetting and staging all common area spaces, moving furniture to designated locations, removing clutter and tidying spaces to meet experience standards.
  • Supporting clients, guests, contractors, vendors and team members to create a welcoming environment and seamless experience where expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Delivering training on amenities and technology both on request and proactively when you observe someone needing assistance.
  • Identifying and following up on opportunities to elevate the onsite experience.
  • Promoting and providing education on space use and etiquette, including leading tours.
  • Maintaining and cleaning coffee machines, and restocking related items.
  • Replenishing refreshments, stationery and event supplies.
  • Loading and unloading dishwashers and transferring items to their designated area.
  • Facilitating assigned workstation, locker and team storage changes.
  • Managing recycling programs, including working with vendors.
  • Overseeing and submitting facility maintenance and technology requests for the building.
  • Acting as a primary first aid attendant and fire warden (training provided by ATB)
  • Providing backup for the Experience Coordinator - including managing the reception desk, greeting clients, overseeing client & guest check-in, managing meeting rooms and ordering supplies
  • Performing additional administrative tasks as required or requested.
  • Traveling to other corporate locations within Alberta for coverage support may be required.
Event Oversight
  • Overseeing large onsite meetings with a proactive approach, working closely with event organizers to understand and fulfill day-of requirements.
  • Coordinating with caterers in advance and directing food setup and takedown.
  • Arranging and resetting furniture as needed to accommodate event requirements.
  • Partnering with the tech team to ensure technology is functioning properly.

  • 2+ years of operations, customer service and/or reception experience.
  • A commitment to service and experience; you take pride in understanding people and predicting how to support them and delivering on the small details that create a lasting positive impression.
  • A strong desire to be hands-on and tackle challenges to deliver a smooth onsite experience that enables team members to thrive.
  • Accountability for seeing tasks through to completion and delivering to a high standard, making you a dependable, go-to person known for providing effective support.
  • An aptitude for identifying gaps in the user experience and collaborating with your network to develop simple, intuitive and effective solutions.
  • The ability to prioritize competing demands and remain composed during high pressure situations.
  • Strong technical skills, including Google Workspace, and experience learning and adapting to new technologies and software.
