Expeditor
Job Description
The Expeditor is responsible for contributing to the overall success of Hope Aero Propeller and Components.Application of pressure on suppliers to keep originally promised delivery dates or to deliver ahead of schedule.Responsible for assisting with expediting parts, services, and repairs.
Communicating information such as delays, between departments.
Ensures delivery of product is completed on schedule, and reduces the risks associated with delays.Manage, communicate and maintain good standing relationship with all vendors and relay information regarding orders, shipments, other inquires for services.Respond to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.Advise stores and production delays.Assist colleagues with entering administrative tasks.Assist with component receiving; verify that the part numbers and serial numbers match the component and paperwork provided.Perform additional related duties as required by your supervisor.Vacation coverage for co-workers.Skills include: Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork, attention to detail, math and analytical abilities, proficiency in software applications, time management.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:
