Join Pro-X Event

- a fast-growing force in the global event and tradeshow world - and hit the road installing bold, custom tradeshow booths internationally and within the GTA! We're looking for an Installer to bring top-tier customer service and hands-on expertise to every project. You'll be part of a tight-knit team that values collaboration, creativity, and supporting each other every step of the way.

Location:

Mississauga, Ontario (head office & shop) Same-day and overnight travel throughout Canada and the United States

Your Day-to-Day:

Deliver an outstanding customer experience

by ensuring each activation meets client expectations

Transform plans into reality

by

interpreting technical drawings to install and dismantle trade show booths and similar structures

- including aluminum framework, graphic panels, and furniture Follow

installation and dismantling procedures with attention to detail

, maintaining safety and efficiency throughout Keep projects on schedule by

managing your time effectively, both independently and as part of a team

Stay connected with the production team, flagging any issues and sharing updates to support a seamless workflow

Contribute to continuous improvemen

t by completing post-show reports, including incident summaries and recommendations for future projects

Collaborate positively

across departments to support smooth project execution and a unified team effort

You Might be a Great Fit if You Are...:

Able to travel across Canada and the U.S., including same-day and overnight trips of varying lengths A clear communicator in English - whether face-to-face, over the phone, or in writing Detail-oriented and skilled at prioritizing tasks and solving problems on the fly In possession of a valid passport and driver's license Flexible with your schedule and open to varied working hours Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs Confident using basic tools like ratchets, drills, and more A certified Scissor Lift Operator Working at Heights certified
