About the Role:

We are hiring

Executive Suites Floor Supervisors

for the upcoming event at

Sobeys Stadium

from

July 26 to August 7, 2025

. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong hospitality and supervisory experience, and enjoy being on the move, we want to hear from you.This is a physically demanding role that involves long hours on your feet and constant walking throughout the venue. We're looking for leaders who are proactive, energetic, and ready to ensure our VIP guests receive exceptional service in our Private Suites.

Key Dates:

July 26:

Mandatory training and setup day

July 27 - August 7:

Event days (Full availability required)

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support suite attendants across the Private Suites floor Ensure suites are set up according to client specifications Confirm all suite staff have arrived and are stationed in the correct locations Monitor food and beverage delivery to suites and resolve any issues promptly Maintain communication with suite managers via radio for updates or support Ensure all guests receive high-quality, timely service Assist staff with stocking, restocking, and general suite maintenance Conduct post-shift walkthroughs to ensure suites are clean and properly closed

Requirements:

Smart Serve Certification (Mandatory) Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or event service Previous supervisory experience required Comfortable working long hours, standing and walking for extended periods Strong communication and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and a team-first mindset Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Fixed term contract, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 2 weeks

Schedule:

10 hour shift 12 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:

Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:

Hospitality: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:

Smart Serve (required)
