About the Role
We're looking for a
Furnished Rentals Manager
to lead and scale one of the most exciting verticals in our business -- managing a portfolio that serves executives, corporate relocations, and film/TV productions.
With over
300+ properties under management
(including nearly 60 furnished rentals), our company has been a trusted name in Toronto real estate and property management for more than
25 years
. We're now looking for a dynamic operator to take this division to the next level.
Your Mission
You'll oversee every aspect of the furnished rentals portfolio -- from onboarding owners to managing listings, turnovers, tenant relations, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
Owner Onboarding & Portfolio Growth
Respond to new owner inquiries and present tailored management solutions.
Build trust and relationships with property owners to drive retention and referrals.
Provide CMAs, staging recommendations, and oversee listing preparation.
Manage agreements and handoffs with the operations and admin teams.
Leasing & Listing Management
List properties across all major platforms (Airbnb, MLS, Rentals.ca, etc.).
Conduct showings, screen tenants, and manage the full leasing process.
Maintain listings and lease records within Buildium Management Software and internal databases.
Film/TV & Executive Relocation Partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with production companies, relocation providers, and corporate clients.
Manage bookings, logistics, and tailored accommodation needs for VIP clients.
Tenant Experience & Client Relations
Serve as the main point of contact for tenants and property owners.
Oversee move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and service requests.
Maintain premium hospitality standards across all furnished units.
Turnovers, Maintenance & Quality Control
Personally inspect units for cleanliness and condition.
Coordinate vendors, cleaners, and maintenance teams for turnovers and repairs.
Ensure timely, professional resolution of all tenant and owner requests.
Marketing & Growth Initiatives
Manage social media and marketing campaigns (Instagram, YouTube, email).
Oversee review collection, photo/video content, and listing optimization.
Be the face of the furnished rental brand -- driving awareness and reputation in the market.
Who You Are
3+ years
experience in furnished or executive property management.
Proven track record in
high-touch client service
-- real estate, hospitality, or film/TV preferred.
Organized, proactive, and
resourceful
with exceptional communication skills.
Proficient in
Airbnb, Buildium, Mailchimp, MLS, and social media.
Strong project management and multitasking skills.
Hospitality mindset -- you take pride in creating 5-star experiences.
Compensation & Growth
Base Salary:
CA$65,000 - CA$80,000 (commensurate with experience)
Bonus:
Performance and management fee structure -- total earnings of $65,000-$80,000+ possible
