: Executive Real Estate Assistant



We're looking for an experienced, fast-moving Executive Assistant to support a high-performing real estate business in Victoria, BC. This is a part-time contract role with room to grow into more hours for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage real estate transactions from contract to close Write and review contracts accurately and efficiently Track and update listings on MLS and client portals Oversee client care systems and post-closing follow-ups Prepare and distribute weekly newsletters and marketing emails Manage inboxes and internal/external communication Occasionally attend in-person events or meetings (client gifting, special projects, team functions, etc.)

An administratively gifted person who understands how to work in a fast-paced environment. A person who would take pride in solving problems and working fast. Someone who must know how to deal with all types of people and have a calming yet assertive personality. Someone who has boundaries but is ok with random calls when needed. Someone who's comfortable working independently with minimal supervision A confident, direct communicator who asks clear questions and takes initiative
Must-haves...

Minimum 2 years of real estate admin or transaction coordination experience Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with platforms like Sisu, Follow Up Boss, SkySlope, Mailchimp, and Google Business Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems Fluent in English (written and spoken). Registered as a contractor
Nice-to-haves (Bonus Points)...

Spanish-speaking Experience with webinar coordination Marketing support background Canva experience

Hours

20-25 hours per week with room to grow.

Wage

$25-35.00 per hour

Start Date

: ASAP, but we will wait 2 weeks if you need to give notice.

Location

: Remote in Victoria, BC.
