Job Description
Yukon University seeks an experienced professional to lead and manage the Institute of Indigenous Self Determination (IISD). This position will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of IISD in accordance with the Advisory Body's vision, mission, values and guiding principles, strategic priorities, and direction. Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Indigenous Engagement and Partnerships, you will play a vital role in promoting IISD's philosophy, programs, and activities to internal and external stakeholders; and will provide leadership, planning, implementation, and operational excellence in accordance with Yukon University's strategic goals, policies and processes.

- A relevant Undergraduate Degree.
- Five years' management and leadership experience.
- Experience teaching and working with adult learners.
- Experience working in a post-secondary environment is an asset.
