Executive Coordinator/Professional Assistant

to join our team, at our offices in Etobicoke.

The

Executive Coordinator / Professional Assistant

will provide high-level, integrated support to the CEO across a wide range of professional responsibilities. This combined role merges executive coordination with professional assistance, ensuring the CEO's time, priorities, and activities are managed efficiently. The person in this role will serve as a key liaison between the executive office, internal departments, and external stakeholders. Flexibility, discretion, and adaptability are essential.

The

will work under the direction of the CEO.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, flexible, professional, dynamic, and ready to assist with a firm that is experiencing exponential growth. Seeking candidates with a minimum of + 2 years of professional experience, with superior communication and organizational skills.

Position Overview / Summary



Job Type: Full-time. Education Level: Post secondary education preferred. Experience: Minimum 2 years supporting a C-suite or Director. Schedule: Monday to Friday (8-hour shift): No weekends. Work Location: In person BCG Office (920 The East Mall, Etobicoke). Salary: $ 55,000 - $ 60, 000 base salary + profit sharing + other benefits + incentives. Start Date:

January 19, 2026.

Executive Coordinator Responsibilities:



Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, agenda, appointments, travel, reservations and meetings. Assist with organization and filing of documents. Conduct research as required, special projects. Maintain orderliness for the CEO with a busy hectic schedule. Work with departments and internal teams to track projects and keep the CEO updated on progress. Act as the main contact for internal and external inquiries for the CEO. Handle calls and correspondence professionally.

Professional Assistant Responsibilities:



Manage special projects and unique assignments, as required. Provide adaptable support to the CEO and anticipate needs by streamlining responsibilities. Perform other professional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:



Minimum +2 years of Executive and administrative support Strong planning, prioritizing and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and numeracy skills. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Polished and professional appearance. Reliability and discretion. Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint.
