Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management, with a proven ability to create exceptional dining experiences. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for menu development, staff training, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service. Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences. Oversee all aspects of food handling and preparation to ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food presentation, and sanitation practices. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain kitchen operations. Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment that adheres to health and safety standards. Implement cost control measures while maintaining high-quality food production.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a professional kitchen environment. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning. Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry. Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and guests. A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences.

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
