Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for Flanagan's Steakhouse, Winston's Pub, and 21st Street Brewery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of food service operations, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for menu creation, kitchen management, and maintaining food safety standards while fostering a collaborative environment.

Duties

Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends. Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance and teamwork. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Collaborate with restaurant management to optimize kitchen efficiency and guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain operational flow. Implement cost control measures to minimize waste while maximizing quality. Engage with guests to gather feedback on menu items and overall dining experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in a leadership role within a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Experience in restaurant management is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with bartending is a plus but not required. A passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$79,036.04 per year
