As Executive Chef, Restaurants you will lead the culinary vision and daily execution of PARKER'S Table, Social, the Listening Lounge, and In-Room Dining. You'll bring creativity and consistency together, shaping unforgettable dining experiences that express the best of Canadian terroir with global sophistication.
