The Role
We're looking for an
Executive Chef
to take the reins of our kitchen and help shape what's next. This is a hands-on leadership role -- part menu innovation, part systems builder, part mentor. You'll lead a high-volume kitchen that balances elevated gastropub food with catering and big community events.

What You'll Do
Create seasonal menus + features that reflect Bo's style.
Lead, train, and mentor a diverse kitchen crew -- building a culture of respect and growth.
Implement systems that drive consistency, efficiency, and cost control.
Keep the food sharp: every plate, every time.
Manage inventory, food + labor costs, and supplier relationships.
Collaborate with ownership on events, planning, and long-term vision.
What You Bring
5+ years culinary leadership (Executive Chef or senior Sous Chef).
Red Seal or equivalent training preferred.
Proven ability to build strong teams and reliable systems.
Balance of creativity, discipline, and cool under pressure.
Passion for food and delivering memorable guest experiences.
