`Locanda is Busy Authentic Italian restaurant located in Downtown Milton

+5 years of experience in Italian restaurants.
Post-secondary education (training/ certification/ diploma) in culinary studies, catering or hospitality is an asset.
In-depth knowledge of authentic Italian dishes, ingredients, and spices.
In-depth knowledge of traditional Italian cooking methods.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
