If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.The Executive Chef is primarily responsible to direct the operation of the kitchen, including food preparation and quality, physical maintenance and inventory functions, to ensure hotel quality standards and revenue goals are met and food and supply costs are controlled. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
