Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other culinary team members
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality
Develop and update menus that align with current food trends and customer preferences
Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs effectively
Train staff on proper food handling, cooking techniques, and service standards
Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor kitchen operations during service hours to uphold hospitality excellence
Implement innovative culinary concepts to enhance guest experience
Ensure all food served meets the highest quality standards and presentation expectations
Skills
Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service operations
Excellent team management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff
In-depth knowledge of restaurant management practices and food industry standards
Expertise in food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation procedures
Demonstrated ability to develop creative menus and manage kitchen budgets effectively
Exceptional communication skills for coordinating with staff and front-of-house teams
Experience in hospitality settings with a focus on serving diverse clientele

Pay: $68,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
