Fishbone Restaurants known as a leader in Upscale Dining within the Simcoe Muskoka and York Regions, is searching for a talented, ambitious, driven and detailed Executive Chef.
We are a Hospitality driven restaurant, providing a smaller menu that is focused on doing what we do, well.
MUST HAVE Minimum 5 years in a Top Rated Restaurant environment.
Must have tremendous attention to detail with plating, organization, managing and mentoring staff, have understanding of financials, Food Cost controls and Labor Cost Management.

This position calls for roughly 50 hours weekly
Must Reside in GTA/Southern Ontario

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
