We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all kitchen operations. Duties
Supervise kitchen staff and manage daily operations to ensure efficient workflow.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Develop innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to foster a positive team environment and enhance culinary skills.
Collaborate with restaurant management to create budget-friendly menus while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen costs effectively.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in accordance with health regulations.
Engage with guests to receive feedback on their dining experience and make adjustments as necessary.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food service operations.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example.
Comprehensive knowledge of food handling practices and food safety standards.
Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred, along with a solid understanding of kitchen operations.
