Responsibilities
Proactively manage administrative and operational tasks to support executives and the broader team
Anticipate needs, flag issues early, and propose solutions before being asked
Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and logistics with attention to detail
Handle internal communications, follow-ups, and action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Maintain organized records, documents, and systems
Oversee office operations (supplies, vendors, invoices, basic facilities coordination)
Assist with special projects and process improvements as the company grows
Act as a reliable point of contact who can be trusted with sensitive information
Experience
Previous office experience or administrative support roles preferred.
Familiarity with Accounting Systems (Odoo/Quickbooks etc), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Workspace is highly desirable.
Experience with bookkeeping, data entry, filing systems, and front desk management is a plus.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Naturally proactive--comfortable taking initiative without constant direction
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
