We have a permanent full-time opportunity for an Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will report directly to the Hotel General Manager and in addition will support day to day functions within the human resources, accounting, engineering, housekeeping, and rooms division departments. The successful candidate is a highly motivated and results driven individual with an energetic and entertaining personality. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years\' experience in a similar role with the fundamentals of business and the ability to create processes, procedures and reports to manage information, people and projects as required.

Requirements:
  • Related administrative diploma or degree preferred
  • 5+ years of administrative support at an executive level
  • Advanced Office 365 skills including MS word, excel, outlook and powerpoint
  • Accounting / Human Resources experience an asset
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry an asset

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required

  • Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
  • Must be able to maintain professionalism, confidentiality and a positive service attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with solid editing and proof-reading capabilities
  • Financial knowledge with ability to prepare reports, forecasts and budgets
  • Team player that enjoys collaboration, coordinating events and has a willingness to assist others during peak periods as well as provide coverage during absences when required
