Manufacturer of custom windows & doors for over 40 years, is looking for a Executive Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team.
SUMMARY:
To provide personal administrative support and assistance to senior management.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide high quality administrative support to senior management team
Day to Day Office Operations such as mail, monitoring and ordering office supplies & coffee.
Produces information by formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
Manage and maintain senior management's schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events.
Record and distribute minutes of meetings.
Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications.
Answer and manage incoming calls to senior management.
Receive and interact with incoming visitors to senior management.
Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
Interact with external clients.
Co-ordinate project-based work.
Provide assistance to HR Manager.
Other tasks as assigned from time to time.
PREREQUISITES:
Four or more year's experience providing support at a high level.
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office, Outlook, Power Point and Excel.
Extensive knowledge and experience in the day to day office operations.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Office/manufacturing environment.
COMPENSATION:
Starting at $25.00 TO $30.00/hr.
Enrollment into benefit program at 3 months.
3 weeks paid vacation
