We are seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support the CEO and executive leadership team at their Bow Island location. This individual will play a critical role in managing priorities, streamlining operations, and ensuring leadership can focus on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities



Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO: scheduling, correspondence, briefings, and meeting coordination. Own the calendar--including prioritization, sequencing, and preparation--for meetings, travel, and key deadlines. Prepare and organize business documents, reports, agendas, and board-ready presentations. Track action items and drive timely follow-up on strategic and operational initiatives (own the 'to-done' list). Maintain executive email hygiene (triage, draft replies, flag decisions) and ensure information flow across leaders. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders; represent the office of the CEO with professionalism and discretion. Handle confidential information with impeccable judgment and integrity. Support special projects, events, and continuous improvement initiatives as directed by the CEO.

Qualifications & Experience



3-5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator, ideally supporting C?suite leadership. Exceptional written and verbal communication; clear, concise, and professional. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with file management and shared drives. Flawless organization: able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and urgency. Proactive problem solver who anticipates needs, removes obstacles, and creates structure from ambiguity. High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information and decisions.
