We are seeking a highly organized, motivated individual to join our team as an
Executive Assistant - Sales & Brand Development
. This role is a unique opportunity to support a leading sales manager in the
medical aesthetics industry
while also playing a hands-on role in launching a new
pre- and post-procedure skincare brand
.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for sales operations, including scheduling, follow-ups with clinics, CRM updates, and preparing sales materials
Assist with planning and coordination of client meetings, events, and product demonstrations
Manage communications and organize documentation related to sales and brand development initiatives
Support the launch of a new hypochlorous acid-based skincare line, including vendor coordination, marketing execution, and clinic outreach
Conduct market research and competitor tracking to support sales and brand strategy
Contribute to social media, marketing, and educational content creation as needed
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or marketing coordination role (medical aesthetics or healthcare experience a plus)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM and social media platforms an asset
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn and grow with the role

Pay: $44,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
