About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive Assistant to join our team that can help empower owners' lives to achieve bigger goals than we thought possible in less time than we would on our own. Both in business and personally.
This role is vital to our small business operations, requiring someone who can thrive in a multifaceted capacity. The ideal candidate will provide both compliance oversight and executive administrative support, while also contributing across departments as business needs evolve.
This position is ideal for a professional who is comfortable handling cross functional responsibilities, managing shifting priorities, and proactively supporting both leadership and field staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance & Field Operations Support
Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and documentation.
Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of compliance programs.
Support internal audits and monitor compliance with regulations.
Coordinate field staff training and ensure adherence to company policies.
Collect and analyze compliance-related data from field operations.
Executive Administrative Support
Preserve owners time to help them thrive professionally and personally.
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel logistics.
Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Draft and manage executive correspondence and internal communications.
Organize and maintain confidential executive and operational files.
Communication & Coordination
Act as a liaison between executives, internal departments, and field personnel.
Support clear and timely communication across the organization.
Interface with legal teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
Project & Operational Support
Contribute to special compliance initiatives and executive projects.
Assist with general office management tasks and vendor coordination.
Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support as needed.
Travel to sites when required
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years in a compliance, administrative, or executive support role.
Experience in a small business or startup environment is a plus.
Skills:
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
Familiarity with compliance management tools and reporting systems.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
