Position: Executive Assistant, Radiology
Location: Montreal
Salary: $50K to $65K
Do you have experience in administration within the field of Radiology or in a medical clinic? Do you have impeccable French skills? Do you have experience with payroll? Are you looking for a hybrid position in Ahuntsic?
Our client, a Radiology clinic, is looking for an executive assistant to join their wonderful team!

Requirements:
- 5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare clinic
- Knowledge of RAMQ billing understanding
- Experience in human resources; law 25, illnesses, CNESST, contracts
- Experience in payroll; management of RRSPs, salaries, accrued time, illness, vacation,
- Excellent spoken and written French
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint intermediate to advanced
Role:
- Provide support to the general manager and the team according to current priorities and projects
- Organize meetings and required materials
- Prepare documentation for activities, events, and meetings
- Handle correspondence and follow up according to deadlines
- File administrative documents, both electronic and paper
- Keep the company records up to date and maintain necessary documentation
- Manage employee files, timesheets, payroll processing, and sick or work accident files
