Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator

to support our Executive Director and help keep our small charity running smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone

re-entering the workforce

or

transitioning from a corporate or administrative background

who values balance, purpose, and variety in their week. Duties include executive support, office coordination, communications, and event assistance.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 24-30 hours/week (mid-August through June with light hours over summer)

Location:

Vernon, BC
