We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of managing complex schedules, handling confidential information with discretion, and serving as a key point of contact both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup, agendas, and follow-ups
Screen and direct incoming calls, emails, and other communications
Handle confidential information with a high level of integrity and discretion
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making
Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Manage expense reports and reconciliation
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting C-level executives
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion)
