The NANB is evolving and seeking to add a new Executive Assistant position to its team.

YOUR ROLE

As a liaison between the Board of Directors, its committees, and the NANB management team, you will manage various tasks and report to the Chief Executive Officer and Registrar. As an executive team member, your role will be crucial in achieving the organization\xe2\x80\x99s desired results.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

  • In managing various tasks for the Board and providing administrative support, including document control, review and analysis.
  • In coordinating a variety of Board projects and activities.
  • In attending all meetings of the Board and its committees and in providing full administrative support.
  • In acting as a primary communications resource for Board and Committee members.
  • In maintaining effective relations with authorities and organization partners.
  • In assisting in creating, developing, revising and updating policies and procedures for the Board of Directors, its committees and the management team.
Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

As the ideal candidate, you should be fluent in both official languages and have successful experience in a similar role. Additionally, you must possess relevant qualifications and over ten (10+) years of related experience.

Your exceptional interpersonal skills should be matched by a high degree of discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters. You should excel in organization, time management, prioritization, and task tracking.

Working in an environment that values quality of service is your area of excellence, where the ability to work independently or as part of a team is sometimes required. You should be comfortable collaborating with teams, interacting directly with managers from different departments and coordinating the implementation of new initiatives.

Your ability to build strong relationships is based on creating an environment of integrity, discretion, and professionalism combined with a high level of attention to detail. You are known for your excellent and impartial judgment, and your ability to make informed decisions.
