You are dynamic, proactive, and highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining discretion.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting executives or senior management Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Fully bilingual (French and English, spoken and written) Discretion, rigor, proactivity, and professionalism Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment Team player with a positive attitude

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY



Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for:

Managing the CEO's and executive team's calendars (appointments, travel, meetings) Handling executive meeting logistics: invitations, agendas, note-taking, minutes, and action follow-up Coordinating business travel arrangements: transportation, lodging, and meals Supporting internal and external event planning (team meetings, client events, happy hours, conferences) Preparing and reviewing documents: presentations, reports, and professional emails Serving as the key point of contact for the CEO's internal and external communications Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth daily administrative operations Coordinating client visits and company tours Performing other related tasks as required
