Synercapital Asset Management is seeking a highly organized and versatile
Executive Administrative Assistant
to support the CEO and broader operations of the company. This multifaceted role combines executive-level administrative support with responsibilities in investment analysis, office management, and marketing. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support
Manage the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, compile reports, and prepare documents for travel-related engagements.
Provide direct support to the President on special projects involving cross-departmental collaboration.
Ensure the President is well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
Investment & Acquisition Support
Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for property acquisitions and sales.
Calculate projected returns for Synercapital Asset Management and third-party clients.
Assist in investor relations and produce marketing materials for real estate transactions.
Support commercial lease negotiations and contract preparation.
Contribute to asset management and portfolio growth initiatives.
Office & Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day office operations including IT support, equipment, and supplies.
Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and standards.
Manage correspondence, filing systems, and requisitions.
Organize team meetings and supervise security systems.
Marketing & Communications
Create marketing tools including brochures, promotional ads, websites, and social media content.
Manage the company's online presence and social media accounts.
Participate in planning and execution of company events.
Property Management Support
Assist the property management team in maintaining operational structure and updating procedures.
Qualifications
Proven experience in executive support, office administration, or real estate operations.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and due diligence.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills and experience with marketing tools and platforms.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and capable with communication and file management tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
